Representing Norwegian interests in UN organizations related to global health (WHO, UNAIDS, GFATM, UNITAID), trade & development (WIPO, UNCTAD) and labour issues (ILO). Specialized in the intersection between the global health, the pharmaceutical industry, and intellectual property, I was accepted to the two week intensive WIPO-WTO Advanced Course on Intellectual Property for Government Officials.

Part-time position at Amnesty International's office in Stavanger. Coordinated and conducted a meeting with Stavanger's Mayor on CSR and Human Rights.

Executing financial transactions on behalf of Finanssenteret’s clients that involved providing financial advice for speculative trading clients on trading strategies and the overall macroeconomic development. In addition, I was responsible for the internal accounting, payroll and various internal performance improvement projects.

The BI Norwegian School of Management Student Society (BIS) is a national student association consisting of eight regional campuses*, serving 8.000 students, and have an annual turnover of €750.000. I was elected to the following positions of responsibility:06-07 Editor-in-chief Student Magazine, Stavanger Campus07-08 Regional Director, Stavanger Campus08-09 President, Executive Board09-10 Control Committee, Executive BoardMy service to BIS has been rewarding in terms of an extensive experience in a dynamic and competent organization, i.e:Non-Profit Management, Accounting, Marketing, Oral and Written Communication, Public Speaking, Group Dynamics, Organizational Behaviour, Change Management* and PR. *In 2005, the BI Norwegian School of Management made a strategic decision to reduce its regional campuses from twelve to five over a period of 5 years.

Elected Chairman of the BIS Executive Board consisting of seven members, serving eight regional campuses with 8.000 students, with an annual turnover of €750.000.Collaborating with the organization from the bottom-up, we reduced the number of positions and adapted the functions of the Executive Board to better serve the needs of the remaining regional campuses. In the subsequent year, I was elected to oversee the implementation process as member of the Control Committee.

Served as board member and student representative in the BI Executive Board under chairman Inge K. Hansen (CEO Aker Solutions ASA 2004-06) which was succeeded by Terje Venold (CEO Veidekke AS) July 2009. Represented the interests of the 8.000 students at the regional BI campuses.

Internship position, raising capital for real estate syndications in Eastern Europe that involved presenting investment opportunities for Scandinavian investors and maintaining a personal client portfolio. Identified, contacted and solicited investors for three different Private Equity Real Estate Funds.

Part-time door-to-door salesman providing home security alarm systems. Competing with mostly full-time salesmen, I was ranked as the #2 out of 120 salesmen nationwide during my first month of work.

Entrepreneurial venture. I worked in a creative team context to introduce Digital Signage concepts for leading Norwegian firms in the Finance, Transportation, and Retail sector. From 2010, the strongest growing branch has been Online Logistics, delivering cost reducing Supply Chain Management tools for the Oil & Gas industry.

Served as Security Officer at the Royal residences and as squad leader, preparing a troop of 50 conscripts for close quarters battle in urban warfare.
