I am currently a Technical Data Manager as well as a Support Supervisor at Tree Management Systems, Inc., working on the Arborgold Cloud and Sprout Software programs. These titles allow me to not only gain experience in direct communication with the professionals using our products, but it allows me to develop skills in communicating the needs of the consumer to those who are guiding the changes that take place. I currently spend most of my time using SQL to perform Data Audits and Imports for both current and new customers. This gives me a better understanding of how our system works from the data layer and allows me to communicate better when helping a client or a co-worker with an issue.In my time with Tree Management Systems I have not only been able to grow in my technical knowledge, but also gain invaluable skills in things such as leadership, communication, team building, management, problem solving, and much more. I enjoy my current position because it gives me the flexibility to try new things that are outside of my comfort zone and learn from my mistakes and successes along the way. I find fulfillment in working to solve the needs of the small businesses that use our software.I graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a Degree in Informatics as well as a Business Foundations Certificate and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. I Interned with Tree Management Systems, Inc. in the Summer of 2015, worked part-time during school, and began working full time upon graduation.
