Provides technical expertise in the strategic implementation of Foreign-Assisted Projects (FAPs), collaboratively overseeing the management of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) component within the Department’s Medium-Term Public Investment Plan and Industrialization Strategy 2023-2028. Ensures alignment with national development goals as outlined in the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028, the Philippine Innovation Act, and the National Innovation Agenda and Strategy, while upholding international commitments, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Paris Agreement on climate change, the Addis Ababa Action Agenda on financing for development, and various trade and investment agreements that foster global economic cooperation and sustainability.

Facilitated the planning, implementing, and management of events and projects that enhance the bilateral economic relationship between the Philippines and Switzerland through stakeholder engagement, research, and advocacy.Key accomplishments include (i) launching the Advocacy and Innovation Roundtable (AIR) to foster dialogue between local Swiss companies, prospective foreign investors, and government units; (ii) supporting the establishment of three innovation clusters—Life Sciences and Digital Health, Manufacturing, and IT-BPM; (iii) leading communications for Swiss company scoping missions at the 2023 Asian Development Bank Business Opportunities Fair; and (iv) co-managing secretariat operations in marketing, membership, finance, and auditing to enhance organizational efficiency and member engagement.

Assisted in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the chamber's initiatives, enhance member engagement, and strengthen the bilateral economic relationship between the Philippines and Switzerland.Key accomplishments include: (i) launching the SwissCham Business E-Journal and co-authoring 18 issues as Managing Editor; (ii) initiating daily news clips and Mailchimp updates covering Philippine and Swiss markets to enhance trade and marketing outreach; (iii) leading the execution of more than 30 business advertisements of 40 active member companies across online and offline campaigns; and (iv) establishing Facebook and LinkedIn pages that achieved over 500 followers within the first three months.

Supported in the research and analysis of market trends and the development of strategies for Foreign-Assisted Projects (FAPs) to promote industry growth and enhance trade competitiveness within the Department.Key accomplishments include: (i) conducting a comprehensive value chain analysis of the Processed Fruits and Nuts (PFN) sector to support the strategic reframing of the former Mindanao Agro-Enterprise Development Project; (ii) endorsing 14 out of 18 members and partners of the Rural Agroenterprise Partnerships for Inclusive Development and Growth (RAPID Growth) Project Steering Committee within a 48-hour window; and (iii) summarizing the Department’s first-quarter Official Development Assistance (ODA) performance and drafting the Director’s speech for a key stakeholder address.
