Product Owner for the Capture One R&D Camera TeamMy responsibilities includes: - Prioritization of Camera-, Tethering- & Lens-support, ensuring Capture One supports the newest camera-technology, and has the best colors and the fastest, most reliable tethering-experience in the business.- Ensuring maximum customer-value from the research and development done by the development-team- Defining features on Epic and Initiative level together with Product Management and the Development-team- Drive the planning-effort using input from multiple stakeholders in entire organization.- Together with our PM-organization define the Why and What of new features in Capture One, and aiding the development-team in the How-part of the feature. - Maintaining multiple backlogs- Facilitate and drive regular Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning in tight cooperation with the development Scrum-master, ensuring actionable Team-backlog- Using my extensive experience as a photographer to aid the development team along with our Product Management in decision-making on all 3 levels of Why-What-How.- Participating in regular UX-driven interviews with end-users to gain and maintain a constant and thorough understanding of differnet Capture One users and their usecases.

Responsibilities involve:- Test Management - continuously optimizing the process of a risk-based approach to testing in a mix of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.- Managing and utilizing a team of 8-12 BSc/MSc studentworkers for day-to-day task. - Interviewing in-house developers on risk and changes to the code-base for use in feature-testing- Bugtracking - maintaining a high quality-level of bugreports. - Extracting and modelling analytics-data requested by R&D through Power BIVendor management:- Keeping Capture One up to date with new cameras and lenses coming to the market.- Develop and maintain camera-/lens-integration processes.- Communicate with camera-/lens-vendors to source units for implementation
