Supported Breakthrough projects in the project organisation, Training new LEAN trainees. Work entails periodic travel to line of business in India, New Delhi.

I was posted at the catalyst plant in Houston, Bayport for six months to drive three improvement project. The project focus areas varied from 1) Digitalisation & machine learning in production, 2) Automatisation of complex processes and 3) reduction of scrap production. During my posting I was responsible for a mapping out correlations between process inputs and finished goods quality,

Durring my time as LEAN Trainee I was leading several Breakthrough projects, implementing operations management, automated process controller to built in quality, preventive maintenance planning and volume up of critical equipment.
