As of June 2009 Amaya’s Average Mobil Rating is at 97%. I was also responsible for the Lobby Lounge as of September 2008.-Responsibilities also included the inventory and the day to day operation of Amaya’s Wine Spectator Award Winning wine list and working closely with the Wine Director to Tailor the wine list to the needs of our guests.
