Onboarding of first customers, set-up of logistics, recruitment of first tech employee for development of webshop plug-ins, secured public funding and prepared convertible loan. I had been responsible for tech, logistics and finance.

Development of Customer Insights Unit for Lufthansa, SWISS and Austrian Airlines with focus on fast delivery of business relevant insights, that contribute to an agile product development and are transported through a newly established information hub. Execution of qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate customer satisfaction, customer needs, brand positioning and drivers of purchasing decision. Leadership of Customer Insights team of 10 people in different locations and budget allocation of 5,0 Mio. EUR.

Assistance of CEO in development and execution of strategic roadmap, across the organization and external stakeholders (e.g. Munich Airport). Project steering and co-work on key projects of the business unit (e.g. introduction of new aircraft fleet).

Providing ad-hoc reports for decision-making and dashboards with insights into customer behavior and funnel conversion. Contributing to product development through MVPs of data-based product features.
