Recruited out of college into Blockbuster's Store Manager Training program. After six consecutive quarters of exceeding budget projections and improving operating margins by 110%, I accepted a promotion to oversee a large store with increasing responsibilities where I reduced operating costs by 35% in the 1st year. Within 3 years my store increased its revenue by nearly 30%. In February 2009 my store ranked #11 financially of nearly 5,000 stores nationwide.
