Managing a team of 12 FTEs based in Krakow and responsible as well for the delivery (SLAs and KPIs) from our BPO service provider (15 FTEs).Wide range of activities within my team which includes:- Standard OTC processes such as billing, cash collection, cash application, reporting (debt, unapplied cash among other reports), dispute management.- GL account reconcilitation (GLs directly or indirectly impacted by our customers or processes).- More specific airline industry´s tasks: Handling billing and disputes, BSP and CASS reconciliation, ICH compensation (sending invoices and applying the incomes received with respective invoices), issuing ACMs and ADMs to travel agencies.- Reconciliation of credit cards adquirers accounts in order to ensure the refunds are paid to the customers.- Mapping all procedures in Blueworks, keeping our DTPs and documentation up to date.- Successfully completed the migration from all processes performed by our BPO provider to another provider in India with direct involvement in migration planning and migration execution.- Cooperating with external stakeholders to execute our transformation strategy and roadmap, such as Celonis for data mining or UiPath for robotics and task mining among others.- Working closely and actively with Continuous Improvement Team to develop several tools, as f.e:+ RPA which automatically clears the payments with invoices in SAP based on a standard template+ Macro which automatically creates an invoice in SAP after Excel template is received from the business area+ Search strings which automatically allocates the payments to the respective customer accounts based on key words+ Several macros for reporting which saves a reasonable amount of hours to the team (monthly debt files, daily unapplied cash...)
