My theoretical background is a master's degree in economics and a certification as a real estate agent and valuer. In addition, I have updated myself by participating in seminars and courses in Denmark and abroad e.g. at INSEAD.I pride myself on a strong track record focusing on development and transactions in the real estate market in Denmark and Sweden. Also, I have a good understanding of real estate in Germany and UK derived from my involvement in substantial assets in these markets. As an asset manager, I was among the first to be approved and deemed fit and proper by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority following the implementation of the AIFMD (FAIF) directive in the Danish real estate sector.
