I became manager at 18 while at Bellacino's. I continued management there until I graduated high school and moved to Murfreesboro. While I was a manager I was responsible for issuing breaks and cuts for other employees, assigning duties to each employee, and completing my own responsibilities. These responsibilities included charting sales through each hour in comparison to projected sales and calculating labor percentages, assuring all money was accounted for, documented properly and safely deposited at the bank. The condition of the store at the end of the night was my responsibility as well. I had to be positive the store was in a better condition than when I arrived.
