Rangespan's clients included Argos, Tesco, eBuyer.com, ASDA, Maplin, and Staples.

Assembled and led a team tasked with support and adoption of Webstore in Europe. Webstore was Amazon's turnkey eCommerce platform. As well, supported Amazon's EU and UK-based enterprise clients and partners including Marks & Spencer, Mothercare, and BT (BT Tradespace and BT Websites).

(Development Manager, Kindle and Digital Technology) Led the team that owns selling and fulfilling all Kindle content and devices. Played a critical role in many Kindle high-points including the expansion of the ebook catalog (from 70,000 titles to more than 400,000) and the launches of Kindle 2, Kindle DX, Kindle for iPhone, Kindle International, and Kindle for PC.(Development Manager, Enterprise Multichannel) Led the team of developers and program managers responsible for launch and operational support of Amazon's applications and services for retail, including a suite of AJAX-rich, hosted (SaaS), tools for in-store and phone ordering, web services for point-of-sale integration, as well as store delivery and store location services. Provided the services necessary for locker-delivery from Amazon.co.jp and Amazon.fr.

Managed the fulfillment and reverse-logistics deliverables for integration with Amazon’s largest UK retail partner, Marks & Spencer, and the implementation of in-store and phone ordering for Mothercare. Managed the definition, development, and deployment of an enhanced version of Amazon's externally facing drop-ship messaging.

Ad Plan was a portal integrating advertising and promotions planning, enabling collaborative budgeting, secondary research, media buying, merchandise content, and trade allowance tracking among a community of resellers, suppliers, advertising agencies, and media companies.

(Previously Level 3) Software developer and technical lead for the marketing department, responsible for build-out of a Vignette-based content delivery platform that hosted Level 3's global marketing sites, tariffs, and promotional materials. Level 3 built and operated one of the largest global voice, transport and IP networks in the world, 19,600 miles of the world's first continuously upgradeable network.

(Previously, Orcom Solutions and en.able, a KN Energy and PacifiCorp partnership) Helped to establish Orcom's Denver office. Software design, development, and support of Orcom Solutions' customer and billing services to the utility industry. At peak, the company employed about 400 people and generated more than 1 million utility billing statements per month.

Fourgen supplied a comprehensive suite of software applications for wholesalers, retailers and manufacturers with distribution operations. Fourgen's CASE Tools were bundled with Informix-4GL.
