As Sales Manager within Information Management I was responsible for expanding our business across industries in the region. Main offerings were “Future Office”, (a concept aiming at improving knowledge worker productivity through enabling ease of access to information people and knowledge), Enterprise Content Management and Enterprise Search solutions.Tieto is the largest IT services company in the Nordics, operates in 20 countries and employs more than 13.000 people. I was part of Service Line DTC (Digital Transformation & Consultancy). Working as Customization Project Manager. Managing a geographically distributed team of some 8 people. I was responsible for planning, execution and follow-up on activities and deliverables. The team was responsible for delivering correct Bill of Material (BoM content for a Sales Item (mobile phone), including creation, production and deliveries of user guides, stickers, bundle items and other items placed in the box covering the phone.

Spent first 1,5 year as Project Manager consultant at Ericsson ECS.Thereafter I focused on sales (Time and material consulting and value based service offerings). Working with our established largest accounts as well as recruiting potential new customers.Responsible for deliveries and customer satisfaction.
