Digital House is the largest EdTech in Latam with more than 100MM USD in Series C funding from VCs as Kaszek Ventures and Riverwood Capital.It has a community of +500k developers and +20k active students and offers a fully remote training in Digital Skills such as Coding, UX, Digital Marketing, Digital Business and Data. Led the CX area where we designed scalable user-centric services for Digital House’s operation throughout Latam (Argentina, Colombia & Brazil), focused on:- Defining services’ vision & strategy- Leading a multidisciplinary team that provides services to all business units- Standardizing and Automating work processes globally- Designing service blueprints and customer journeys Responsible for leading nearly 90 team members that were part of the Service Design, Student Success and Automation departments. The collaborative work between them generated the necessary synergies to achieve the defined goals.
