This role requires daily communication with both Account Managers and Research Assistants.Job Responsibilities Include:•Meet with Account Managers to review job descriptions to understand clients’ scope of work to identify the right candidates. •Have a full understanding of the technology, technical roles, and technical skills of the position within target industries.•Review resumes and ascertain the competence of candidates to the scope of work.•Collaborate with the Account Manager to present the most qualified candidates to clients for phone and/or in-person interview process. •Track the overall candidate cultivation process for each job and provide feedback to Account Managers.
