- Served as key contact for all inquiries regarding admission to the B.S. in Commerce program; conducted 1200 individualized admission advising appointments and reviewed 750 applications during 2017-2018- Directed targeted recruitment strategies for underrepresented students; increased overall applicants by 12% and representation of underrepresented applicants by 20% during 2017-2018 leveraging university-wide partnerships, student affinity groups, and personalized student outreach- Created the Commerce Cohort Program- supporting first-year underrepresented students in their interest and persistence to McIntire including development of program structure, mission, vision, and goals; segmentation of program branding and marketing; instructor of cohort COMM 2000 course- Stewarded $175,000 in sponsored grants from McIntire alumni and corporate sponsors in collaboration with the McIntire School Foundation and McIntire Corporate Relations.- Assessed office programs through data analysis, deployment of satisfaction surveys, and constituent focus groups- Managed of online admission platform in collaboration with McIntire Information Technology
