• Managing ~20 innovation projects in different areas like: AI, Augmented Reality, Medical&Health• Define & drive clear project structure in the Innovation Office including track of costs, results and targets • Co-development of technical concepts for products & technologies • Elaboration of technical concepts in form of project plans with detailed milestones and schedules as well as selection of project partners • Project management: track technical progress, interact closely with all internal and external stakeholders, identify and escalate risks, coordinate administrative tasks, hold regular meetings and report to VP, Head of Innovation Office

• Managing complex customer projects with certification (preparing proposals, project planning, track ongoing progress, reporting, documentation) • Evaluating customers’ development concepts for AGVs, mobile robots and robotic systems according to international standards (e.g. IEC, ISO, UL/CSA) • Testing complex robotic systems in different industries (e.g. manuf., automotive) • Evaluating risk assessments at component, system and plant level • Performing safety tests, also in cooperation with internal/external laboratories

Together with three friends from university, I co-founded Probino - a home tasting wine seminar box.

Together with three fellow students from Technical University of Munich, I co-founded InnoMotions. InnoMotions was an engineering company of developing a step less door brake system for premium cars. InnoMotions was partnered and funded by BMW AG.
