More than a decade of experience with data centers and DCIM and more than five years experience in software solution selling. A Software Sales Manager with the commercial responsibility for Schneider Electric's DCIM business in the Nordics.I am commercially responsible for managing software and services sales, business development, customer satisfaction, account strategy and relationship. I also engage myself in opportunity and partner development.One of my goals is to drive the expansion of our customer relationship through consulting services sales and get our customers to experience an accelerated adoption and productive use of our DCIM software suite.I see myself as a full life-cycle consultant and I nurse and develop my executive relationships with our clients. An important part of my account sales strategy is commercial negotiations and decision making regarding the development and maintenance of client and partner relationships.

Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) is my professional passion. I develop new business opportunities and supports our (existing and potential) customers in getting the most value out of their data centre business. With my deep knowledge of the data centre domain, I am supporting our software business through the complete offer and project cycle, from initial planning to the implementation and final hand-off.I enjoy doing speaking engagements on the topics of DCIM and the future of data centre design and development.

Doing proof-of-concepts and customer workshops. Works both pre-sales and after the sale. Supports our sales force with in-depth techincal knowledge in the Nordic, European, and Middle East areas. Loves the challenge of getting to know the customers "real" problems and finding ways to overcome obstacles and provide solutions. Follows the projects to the end. I'm constantly seeking ways to improve our methods.

Headed the InfraStruXure and StruxureWare Certification Programs, from Level 1 to 4 (highest). Performed training sessions for both internal and external participants around the world. Maintained and developed new training material (presentations, lab excercises, and examinations) as new versions of the software suite was released. Worked closely with engineering on high-level customer support cases.

Product configuration. Worked on ISX Designer, main focus areas was the Add Rack and PowerZone product configurators. Gathered product information and configuration rules from domain experts and advisor on product development. Did several talks and presentations on configuration rules management. Certified Scrum Master.
