- Lead the process implementation effort through the design, build, test and implementation phases in partnership with Business Process Owners, Business Leadership, Solution Architecture, Data, Technical Development and Testing.- Responsible for driving engagement of the business teams in delivering Siemens Teamcenter best practices based solutions based on global business processes & PLM expertise.- Work closely with other sub process team members in support of the global PLM template for Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.- Promote, manage and deploy functional expertise in PLM areas of BOM management, Production Planning and Execution and Master Data.- Work with Business teams to define processes and requirements as it relates to the in scope processes.- Work with the IT security function to ensure that all PLM data has the required levels of security and protection of Yanfeng's business information.- Partner with the PLM COE Architecture and Operations leaders to define hand over criteria and supportability of the deployed solutions.- Drive external stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and collaboration with business leadership. - Drive strategic business initiatives in the PLM and ERP domain regarding: o Engaging business customerso Managing customer expectations in accordance with the global templateo Defining deliverables timelines in accordance with the overall PMO project timeline- Work across teams to deliver a solution that will work end to end.- Optimize business processes involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change.- Communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.- Interact and impact senior leadership.

- Accountable for driving acceptance of enterprise-level data design and process standards - Single-point-of-contact and ultimate functional accountability for enterprise-level data standards and data governance processes- Collaborating with enterprise and business unit data management roles to develop processes that support both the enterprise model, as well as the business unit specific requirements.- Developing the overall data governance organization for managing direct materials master data to address both identified and potential organizational requirements - Working with the IT organization(s) to define a robust, scalable data architecture that aligns with the business objectives of the organization and adequately supports the organization (enterprise level and below)- Understand business drivers, strategy, and objectives – to have a strong grasp of strategic guidance to ensure that interactions with internal customers and 3rd parties are consistent with those directives.- Providing input to the development and maintenance of data governance master data management processes, standards and procedures according to industry best practices.- Contributing to the development of an enterprise wide analytics strategy.- Accountable for the direct materials perspective as part of the overall definition, design and evolution of the enterprise data governance framework - Responsible for ensuring that the operational landscape for master data enables both enterprise and local business processes - Guiding and championing the organization’s data management processes and programs related to direct materials data for the enterprise- Preparing and analyzing department/team plans and reports- Engaging with executives and business management to make decisions about data- Establishing reporting and communication channels that support data governance activities- Managing data governance presentations, metrics, dashboards and overall progress communications.

The Item Master Maintenance Group (IMMG) Europe is the interface between the operational plants and the PDM, ERP and SAP finance applications. We business own the Item Master Creation and Enrichment Process and support all European plants (total of approx. 100). IMMG stands in the middle of all item master related challenges, driving standards and developing processes to come to global procedures. Support for all SAP deployments regarding item master conversion activities (having the big picture of recognizing PDM / ERP / SAP as integrated systems and not SAP as stand alone only).

Project Saturn is a business transformation project within Johnson Controls Automotive that will standardize business processes and replace all existing ERP instances and Shopfloor Systems with SAP. This affects around 200 manufacturing locations globally.Responsibilities:- Design the Johnson Controls Automotive Experience Global Template according to the Business Requirements and specialize it to meet specific Product Group Needs, ensuring a “global” perspective and pursuing innovation, business transformation and standardization- Implement the new policies, standards and procedures required for the new business process- Manage the Solution Build Cycle (from Business Process Definition through Functional Design and SAP Configuration, to Testing) and manage the Pilot1 Go-Live- Become the owner of the Process Template and SAP Solution, from a worldwide stand point- Act as an interface with Johnson Controls Automotive Experience Business Community (Region/Product Group)- Review deliverables, change requests, and decision requests to confirm assumptions, ensure business requirements are met, and identify potential issues- Assess the impact of change and define and implement a change management strategy- Govern and Maintain the Core Solution (after Pilot 1 deployment):- Maintain and Update the Global Template Documentation- Contribute to the solution evolution, ensuring standardization and integration- Participate to the Roll-Out stage by managing the centrally assigned tasks- Perform the local preliminary assessment before starting a new deployment- Support Vendor Selection process and execute Knowledge Transfer to new teams- Manage the Local Gap approval, by interacting with Local Teams- Coordinate Preventive Quality Assurance Controls and Regression Testing (before each Go-Live)- Support Cut-Over activities and Post Go-Live stabilization.

Working in department IT Finance and Purchasing Systems. Responsible for the Item Creation and Enrichment Process in PDM that feeds the downstream systems ERP for logistics and SAP for finance. Definition of Requirements, Use Cases, and Business Processes in a global team. Training and Roll Out supporting the SAP deployment schedule in Europe.

Working in department IT Launch Systems. Re-training of European Plants regarding the PDM -> ERP Interface due to changed PDM System environment. First involvement with the SAP implementation at Johnson Controls. Development of a proposal to standardize item masters in Johnson Controls globally. European representative for the global approach to define item master interfaces from PDM to ERP and SAP and adaption of existing item master and BOM interfaces.

Move into department Engineering Operations. Further expansion of the PDM -> ERP Interface. Setup and conduction of Training in Bill of Materials Training as part of the Johnson Controls Engineering Academy and the Program Manager / Launch Manager University within Johnson Controls. Project Lead of 'Exchange of CAD and administrative data using "Smart PDM Tools"' and presentation of it at the ProStep Symposuim 2003 at Adam Opel AG in Rüsselsheim, Germany. Migration of the PDM -> ERP Interface from PDM System Sherpa to MatrixOne from a business perspective.

Working in department IT PDM Systems. Responsible for the implementation of the PDM -> ERP Interface in European Plants of Johnson Controls as well as for documentation, training, hands-on guidance, further enhancement.Education and certification as Six Sigma Black Belt, running projects on the PDM -> ERP Interface in Customer Business Units across Europe from a Six Sigma perspective.

Working in Materials/Logistics department. Responsible for the Bill of Materials (BOM) setup and maintenance of the A-Class Seating production and S-Class headliner production. Development and implementation of an Interface between PDM System Sherpa and ERP System MFG/Pro. This interface transfers coloured Manufacturing BOM from PDM into the ERP System. The successful implementation was done as a global pilot in Plant Rastatt, Germany. Support of other European JC Plants and the South American Plant in Puebla, Mexico on site.

Working in Materials/Logistics department. Responsible for the disposition of production parts for the DaimlerChrysler A-Class Just-in-Sequence Seating production.
