My work is a lot of the “behind the scenes” technical delivery. I oversee our website development and Facebook Ads teams in the course of delivering our services to our clients. I work closely with our lead digital consultant on taking the client’s overall digital strategy and planning the roll-out of the activities agreed in the brief.I also work a lot on our managed clients' WordPress sites in uploading content, optimising specific strategic content and carrying out monthly quality checks on the security of the sites. I'm responsible for creating and maintaining our Client Analysis & Reporting framework - ensuring that we align the client strategy and goals to measurable outcomes.Finally I'm also responsible for our internal systems, processes and accounting.

Joined Board as a Senior Consultant but worked across multiple areas of the business. Initially UK team only consisted of a handful of people but quickly grew into 40+ strong team. Some of the job roles during the 7 years at Board included:- Senior Consultant: Building and Implementing BI, Planning & Forecasting solutions for clients across multiple industries. I was frequently tasked to implement and oversee the largest and more complex projects.- Project Manager: I was tasked to oversee multiple projects and responsible for the overall delivery of projects according the Time Frames, Budgets and Deliverables.- Team Leader: As the team of consultants grew I was tasked to oversee a team of consultant ensuring they had support and resources to deliver their projects.- Support Consultant: Technical and first line support for existing client base before the UK support function was setup. - Trainer & Training Manager: Responsible for Training of Clients, Partners & new Consultants I created a variety of training courses. Eventually taking the role of Training Manager I managed an induction programme for new consultants.- Pre-Sales & Sales Support: Supporting Sales team in creating Proof-of-Concept models and presenting to prospective customers.- Product Specialist: With expert knowledge of the Board software I was often involved as expert advisor and solution architect in projects.- Channel/Partner Product Support : Technical support for Channel & Partner network across UK. Inca is a provider of planning, reporting and forecasting solutions for organisations across all industry sectors.As a senior consultant and project manager I was responsible for key clients with more complex requirements. I was also involved in specifying new features in future releases of the Inca Planning product as well as testing of new versions prior to release to clients.
