I have more than 16 years of experience in the technology sector performing specialized support functions and managing high-performance teams in engineering departments.My professional career has led me to play various roles related to the IT and Engineering areas applied to different sectors, such as Customs brokers, Retail, Oil and energy and more recently in Healthcare, performing as a support specialist, a product specialist in the area of marketing, and in the management of a highly trained multidisciplinary team dedicated to provide excellent service to our clients.In the most recent role I played, I served as Manager for Latin America (except for Brazil) of a motivated team of people with areas of specialization such as Biomedicine, IT and Chemical Pharmacobiologists, all with the common goal of remotely providing the best Customer Experience to users of our lines of clinical analyzers and computer systems, and at the same time increasing the operational efficiency of the company by increasing the percentage of effectiveness of remote solutions (72% global), helping to reduce the need to go to site for resolution of technical problems and consultancy on the use of our products.I am a results-oriented person, who loves to work in a team, has a high sense of leadership and always promotes good interpersonal relationships and communication with members of other departments.I am looking for a challenging job where I can continue learning and at the same time share my experience and knowledge with the work team in order to achieve the vision of the organization.
