Tasks: Heading of Greener Product Portfolio. From roadmap to full productization of a technology via project management and early product management of new greener technologies e.g. like the SGRE RecyclableBlade and GreenerTower. I work on Long Term Requirements assessment – strategic approach to grasp and formulate what SGRE market requirements could be in 10 years. Then delivering and discussing these long term directions with our next generation scoping and technology departments. I follow all new wind turbine technology developments at SGRE at a portfolio level and offer Business Value Mapping and product linking assistance to select technologies to ensure a more clear path to creating value. Results: Launched the RecyclableBlade and GreenerTower under the Greener Technologies Portfolio, and also helped ensuring that SF-6 gas is completely removed from our future portfolio.

After the sale of LogoPaint (and associated companies) to a investment fund, the companies together with additional added companies was merged under the 'Amayse' umbrella. I had the overall responsibility of Operations and technology in this setup – including production in UK also.Head of Operations; This includes Production, Development and Implementation, Supply Chain Management, IPR, Strategic Management, Health & Safety and Operations IT. Results:• Implementation of new product and production line. After having developed a new product, pilot tested this in- and externally on required production equipment, - I lead the implementation of a new production line with new machinery to route, cut and print these highly specialised products.• The product was worth 2x the previous product + without competitor competition. The product was not only protected by its patent, but also the complexity needed in order to develop the needed tools in software, hardware, materials and handling to make it work. We mastered this – after a bit of practice :-)

Production Management, Development (including Product and process), Intellectual Property Rights Management, Health & Safety Management, IT-Management (flow and process). Technology, Project and Stakeholder Management across borders as we delivered to customers in 50+ countries and had many suppliers abroad.Results: Utilized excess capacity in production, increased flow speed and made new sellable products.5mPrint A/S was production company for LogoPaint A/S. Products was highly seasonal and therefore production was at standstill for longer periods – which was not good for either machines or people;• Increased turnover with 4-5 m.d.kr - Implementing sales organisation for this. Finding (and inventing) suitable products to markets having a low season when LogoPaint A/S was in high season. Implementing new workflows and machines to increase efficiency and profitability. • New patents – invented new patentable products to support growth in our primary business, LogoPaint A/S• Specialized flow software reduced product errors from 20-30 pr. Year to 1-2 errors pr. Year. With our two software developers we developed programs, first to aid in the design phase of our specialized 3D products. Next we integrated this with our customer-, measurement- and CRM-databases to optimize flow from offer to delivered product. Fast, easy and with a minimum of errors perceived by our customers.• Reduced total flowtime from 2-3 weeks to 2-3 days. We also developed a camera-based measurement system making it possible for our customers to save time and money by enabling them to measure stadiums themselves and not wait for us to come with surveyor equipment. This enabled us to deliver to time sensitive events such as National games.

As partner and board member in the company group initially consisting of LogoPaint A/S and 5mPrint A/S I participated in developing and executing strategies and business development to drive the company towards new goals. My general responsibility was to scope technologies to find and present interesting new opportunities.Tasks: to develop and grow the companies – leading the implementation of strategies into operational actions.Results: Helped growing the company from 4 m.d.kr to 70 m.d.kr. • At the same time EBITDA profits also rose significantly. We re-invested the major part of this into the companies again. When we sold the companies to a fond in 2015 it made all the partners financially independent.• The group ended up including the companies; LogoPaint and 5mPrint and later Three-D-Sports Signs Ltd, Sign-Away and 3D Infield from UK.

Technology Scouting and testing and Intellectual Property Rights Management. Development of software for 3D Distortions.Results: 20x speed improvement by Industrialization of process from order to produced specialized product. • Leading the analysis, tests and implementation of new process flow and management in production. This included; development and implementation of new materials capable to print on with UV technology. • Pilot tested and implementation of DK’s largest inkjet printer (5m width). Developed and implemented feeding- and pickup system on the printer to be able to handle 5x as heavy media as specified for. • Streamlined order flow and workflow to optimize production speed and efficiency. All while improving product quality and performance in the customer end.
