Client-focused sales role. My primary duties were providing personal and business banking advice to a wide range of clients. Actively engaged, attracted and retained new clients in order to meet and exceed sales goals. The advice I give encompasses all parts of the clients' financial well-being. From basic banking services to advanced credit and investments, my job is to make sure that my clients never have to worry about their financial situation. Without a doubt the most important part of the role is relationship management. Staying in touch with clients on a regular basis creates a level of trust and comfort that often means I am the first person my clients reach out to when a major life event occurs. Maintaining strong communication and managing relationships isn't restricted to just clients. The other most important part of this role is having a strong relationship and bond with your partners within the bank. This enables you to seamlessly refer tougher and more complex issues/problems clients have, while retaining their business and keeping them at ease.
