I have an extensive background in leadership, which I have been commended for throughout the many years of trusted service. My approach to any working environment, teams, and people I meet has been informed by applying three core elements: Support, Respect and Connect. My aim is to use my skills, talents and knowledge to understand and serve other people’s needs. With a multidisciplinary academic background grounded within ethical practice, my passion for both Law and International Relations has allowed me to laterally think the various angels to a problem and holistically consider the appropriate available options. As such, I have been able to adapt in changing environments. I have advised on policy, contributed to long-term strategy and guidelines, communicate with various stakeholders, and led teams. I am a firm believer in constantly learning and developing new approaches to enhancing the ability to find effective solutions.
