Manages two distinct teams within the Facilities Operation and Maintenance Department. The Quality and Reliability team includes Engineers and Technicians in support of the daily and long-term quality assurance and reliability of Samsung facilities equipment. The Cost team plans, tracks, executes, and reports on all budgetary expenses within the Facilities Operation and Maintenance Department. Quality and Reliability:• Responsible for identifying, establishing, and reviewing KPIs and processes to ensure the Operation and Maintenance of facility equipment is measurable, effective, and sustainable.• Provide oversite and review of all metrics and processes including; incident reports, corrective actions, 8Ds, and FMEAs. • Daily QA/QC reviews of completed and live maintenance work.• On-site Water Metrology and Analysis supporting the Ultra Pure Water and Industrial Waste Treatment processes. Cost:• Partners with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to facilitate and streamline the processes associated with maintaining the Facilities Operation and Maintenance Budget.• Coordinates with outside departments, including Procurement, Accounting, and Finance. Utilize the system to track and schedule resources at up to 27 concurrent worldwide installations.• Responsible for estimating and tracking all Project Management budgets.• Through Project Managers, represents iFLY/SkyVenture to all franchise clients by acting as primary point of contact for technical, commercial, schedule, and logistics information.• Negotiates field installation contracts for the installation of franchise wind tunnels.

Process and tool owner responsible for leading research and development of multiple production areas and their associated equipment, including all wet/chemical (chemical bath deposition and cleans) and metal sputter (physical vapor deposition) processes. • Design, conduct and analyze experiments (DOE) using robust engineering and factorial methods to improve processes, product yield and efficiencies.• Creates and presents weekly reports to management on experimental results, process/equipment performance, and future plans.
