Co-managed a team of eighteen general maintenance workers and tradespeople, created, issued, and reviewed completed work orders via CMMS (Maximo), supervised work and offered guidance, oversaw hazardous material storage, assisted with timekeeping (Kronos), review and approve requisitions under a thousand dollars, conducted monthly safety inspection of all.

Co-managed a team of thirty-five tradespeople and general maintenance workers. Co-managed the maintenance of six hotels, four kitchens, restaurants, gift shops, dormitories, various office buildings, apartment complexes, and private residences. Oversaw the replacement and maintenance of steam traps around the property. Created preventative maintenance.
