Job Description :- Responsible to manage all area sales operational business process in Area Marketing Office- Makes a sales and marketing strategies in all channel (Retail; Horeca; MMI and Wholesaler) for sales target achivement and growth- Plan, do and analyze territory management and business process (Coverage; Register Outlet; Man Power,etc)- Make sure distribution, availability and visibility in Traditional Channel- Opening Depo for expansion area (Opening Depo Cianjur (2020); Depo Cileungsi (2022); and Depo Leuwiliang (2023)- Create, execute and evaluate programs activities for customers and consumers (Trail; Awareness; and Trade Marketing Program)- Maintain existing brand and develop new brand KT&G (KT&G Product : ESSE Brand, JUARA Brand; WIN Brand; etc)- Build and maintain investment outlets (KT&G Partnership Program (KPP))- Develop wholesalers with a Wholesale Classification Program- Managing and developing human resources (People Development)- Checking administration and financial report (operational cost, credit limit, account receivable and manage stock) and maintain company assets- Analyze profit and loss
