As a Delivery Consultant at Plex, by Rockwell Automation, I lead and facilitate the implementation process for new customers of the cloud-based Plex ERP software. I manage timelines and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders, support and manage module-specific support requests, and monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan and implementation timelines.I have over five years of experience in delivering enterprise resource planning systems and process improvement solutions for various industries, including automotive, defense and food and beverage verticals. I am skilled in using Microsoft Power BI, Business Process Improvement, as well as Operations Planning and Execution. As Executive Officer in the United States Army Reserve, I develop and oversee project plans to facilitate the successful execution of unit missions.Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Washington State University, with an expected graduation date of December 2024.
