I see new possibilities, and I am ready to make unconventional decisions and have more than 30 years of experience in management, change management, organizational planning and conflict resolution.As a lecturer, consultant or board member, I offer expert supervision in relation to family-run businesses, generational change, organizing board work and motivating towards a common goal and profitable results.My 5 years as Chairman of the Board at Nordsjællands Grundskole og Gymnasium, my role was to supervise the headmaster of the school to test ideas, consult and coach in a changing environment. As Director of Marketing – and previously of R&D and IT – at Brunata A/S, my work has been characterized by being considerate yet frank in coaching my employees and creating structures that make it easy and motivating for my employees to fulfill their tasks and thereby reaching our common goals and creating growth. My whole career has been dominated by me responding to challenges, solving problems and achieving results – both financially and on a personal level. As National President of one of Denmark’s largest student organizations, I was the spearhead in changing the approach from protests to cooperation, and my efforts resulted in legislative changes in favor of the students. As a negotiator in mergers, I find solutions that please all involved, and as a campaign director for a politician headed for parliament, I played a key role in getting her elected.
