Lead and overall commercial responsibility for global customer programs and business improvement projects, supporting maintenance capabilities to increase market shares of existing systems, as well as new systems. Significant achievements include:• Led a maintenance capability transfer project of a turbo prop engine with a team of 4 sub-team leaders and a total of up to 15 project team members over 2.5 years.• Developing the P&L program and supporting sales of a power-by-the-hour maintenance service plan for engine operators, generating estimated revenue of USD 2.6M per aircraft per customer.• Achieved the Lean Leadership Green Belt degree in Kaizen, 5S, Lean Six Sigma and gained experience in VPM (SQCDME). Maintaining controlling and program management of existing contracts, and setting up component pooling programs for new customers (airlines). Frequent travels to the Middle East.• Managed contractual fulfillment with a major customer and strategic partner, creating the fundament for further business development. Annual revenue USD 1.5M.• Led successful phase-in of integrated component solution pooling program with a new major client and supported implementation of an on-site support. Planned revenue appr. USD 1.3M annually.

My avioncs specialist assignment got extended with aircraft electrical knowledge in order to cover a 4 years FISS (Full in Service Support) expat assignment with the Austrian Air Force at the Air Base Nittner in Graz (Project Aquila), where I took the resposibility of avionics and aircraft electrical trouble schooting and functional tests, including not only the military ratings R1 and R2 for implementation, testing and approval, but also for the highest R3 implementation and testing (approval by respective R3 holders). System I covered include (but not limited to) Radar systems, Chaff&Flare, Radar Warning System RWS, INU Navigation System, Antiskid, fire warning, radio UHF/VHF, ADF, Flight Damper, AOA, WOW, CADC, ILS, Transponder, etc.The position also coverd the training of local Air Force staff into the avionics and electrical systems, especially about changed to current procedures. Finally as a first escalation point I represented the avionics and electrical department of my company towards the customer.

Integration of avionics wiring into PC-12 hull and cockpit in the PC-12 assembly line. This was a temporary employment and first experience in aircraft manufacturing, before beginning of engineering studies at HTA University of Applied Science in Horw, Lucerne.
