Provided master scheduling and project management services to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority for the Tasman, Capitol and Vasona Rail Lines totaling more than $600M in anticipated costs. Responsibilities included being integrally involved in the start-up, construction and closeout of various light rail transportation projects. As the scheduler for the Tasman East Projects, it was my responsibility to monitor the Contractor’s work in the field, analyze the Baseline Schedules and monthly updates, and mitigate delay and claim issues.
