I am part of a team within one of six living units on the maximum security Green Hill School campus that assists their psych team in providing comprehensive case management, transition and reentry planning, counseling, and treatment services. I supervise an assigned caseload of incarcerated youth who are violent crime offenders who are mostly gang related for compliance with program and treatment plan and prepare youth and their families for re-entry back into the community. Daily Duties Include:Team up with the other residential counselors to assess behavior and monitor youth compliance with case plan and program requirementsSupport and monitor youth participation in appropriate treatment services.Co-facilitate Dialectical Behavior Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy groups.Perform routine security duties, relay codes to central command as they arise over the radio to summon roving security, and wear a belt with cuffs, keys, a med kit with narcan, and a radio. Conduct wellness checks, living unit building security checks, room searches for contraband, pat searches of youth, assist in search and apprehension of escapees, and respond to emergencies and fights. Assign and supervise youth chores within a living unit to meet health and hygiene standards.Supervise or serve meals to resident groups; monitor movement of residents to and from central areas such as school, medical, and recreation facilities while communicating movements to security via radio. Run the central security both answering/placing calls, opening and shutting secured doors, logging movements in and out of the building, checking in and out cuffs, keys, and radios to staff, and noting residents concerning behavior in their wing log books. Organize and supervise group recreational activities.

I own and operate Cline's Tree Service LLC with my spouse. I manage all incoming jobs, am responsible for our bookkeeping, accounting, and advertising. I provide bids and communicate with each client what each job entails, I assist in all aspects of pruning and removal of trees including hazardous removals, I know a variety of knots to tie on tools when needing to send them up the tree and when needing to set up rigging equipment, I manage the climb line and the rigging line from the ground and operate the rigging ropes to safely lower limbs or trunk sections to the ground, I collect and pile branch material, I use appropriate gear and observe safely protocols when operating an array of equipment to remove and dispose of the debris including a 12" chipper, chainsaws, handsaw, pole saw, pole shear, skid steer, tractor, X-2, GRCS, dump trucks, etc. I inspect, clean, sharpen, and lubricate equipment as needed, I assist in providing maintenance on all of our equipment including our work trucks, I communicate clearly and efficiently with my team, I keep an eye out for any safety hazards, and I clean up our work site once processing is complete.

This five-acre property boards and provides high quality daycare for dogs. Additionally there are three goats, twelve chickens, and two cats that live there. Duties include answering phones, responding to clients texts and emails, conducting dog interviews and new employee interviews with the owner Wendy, training, hiring and firing, conducting employee reviews, scheduling clients boarding and daycare needs, referring house sitters or other outdoor kennels if camp is not a good fit, daily monitoring and selecting of playgroups based on dogs temperament, daily monitoring of dog’s overall health and nutrition, relating needed areas behaviorally or nutritionally that need improvement to owners, relating injuries or health concerns to clients, administering needed meds or vaccinations, ensuring dogs and client charts are kept up to date on Pro Pet Ware our online administrative system, entering daily notes, approving bookings, submitting regular report cards to clients, advocating pulling of titers before re-vaccination and referring holistic veterinarians in the area, entering payroll, signing paychecks, making customer account entries into QuickBooks, monitoring our daily dog numbers and kennel placement, managing employees daily flow, ensuring the property is up kept and spotless, contracting work for general repair jobs around the property, caring for all the animals, pruning trees and shrubbery as needed, keeping every thing clean and eco friendly, caring for either of the two little girls who come with their parent to work who are 1 ½, 3, and 6 years old, all the while providing a high level of customer care and rapport building. I also dog sit on the side.

I provide one to one developmentally appropriate supervision, support, and care to children of any age and with any developmental abnormality through DHS and in person appointments through Care.com. I establish a good relationship with my client and their family and consult with them, complete an initial assessment, determine the severity of the situation and identify resources to meet the their individual needs. In addition, I follow up with each client to support and monitor their progress. I then continue to identify individual strengths to actively nurture and behavioral deficits to encourage growth in. I am a trained behavioral interventionist and I individually attune my care to each person and family I work with. I refer evidence based treatment, review and critique treatment plans, relay health or med concerns, and advocate for the whole family to address any areas of declined health to aid in the overall growth and improvement of each family I care for.

Through the past 15 years I have baby sat and been a nanny for several families. Overall I have a strong care taking / care giving background. I have a degree in Art and Developmental/ Abnormal Psychology which taught me more about how to attune my care towards actively nurturing each stage of development while encouraging strengths and identifying behavioral deficits. I can provide high quality care for children, teens, adults, or the elderly. Most recently I had the opportunity to help care for a 102-year-old woman who lived with her daughter in Corvallis until she passed.

The ITS QMHA is part of an educational intensive treatment team. I built encouraging relationships with each client, took clients on outings, reviewed charts, planned and conducted interventions, assisted in the development, preparation and delivery of educational and treatment activities, reviewed medications and medication concerns, composed daily notes on behavioral observations, reviewed families treatment concerns and offered available resources, completed administrative tasks and data tracking as requested, participated in staff meetings, psychiatric consultations, and in-service training programs, and attended daily meetings as part of a critical and collaborative interdisciplinary team where department heads, certified teachers, master level therapists, and skills trainers would brief/debrief daily.
