Create and manage programs that connect individuals and organizations with meaningful volunteer/service learning opportunities. Work with groups of youth in Youth Volunteer Corps and school-based programs on service projects that are youth-driven, youth led and address important community needs. Build the capacity of other adults and organizations to understand and promote service learning as a strategy for individual and community growth.

Provide occupational therapy services for children and their families within the Early Intervention Framework (age birth –three). Conduct quarterly reviews with service coordinators to formulate measureable outcomes for clients and their families. Provide supports to maximize family participation across all environments.

Oversee all aspects of programming including program outreach, site management, site recruitment, coach training, coach management and curriculum management. Engage community leaders and partners to maximize impact and reach of the program.

Responsible for providing occupational therapy services within an inclusive public school setting. Provision of services included direct and consultative service delivery, participation in IEP meetings, and consultation to teaching staff as well as support staff. Administered evaluations and formulated educationally relevant treatment plans for school aged population (K-12). Responsible for supervision of two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Facilitated and led inter-disciplinary meetings with school staff and administration to ensure efficient, effective occupational therapy service delivery that meets best practice standards. Led in-house workshops for therapy staff to discuss current issues in pediatric practice.
