As a Running Specialist, close customer interaction to determine the best shoe to fit their needs is paramount. This can include gait and foot analysis and overall fit. As the Footwear Sales Lead, execution of day-to-day operations of the footwear department was the primary focus. Duties also included stockroom maintenance, mismatched shoe tracking, footwear and sock sales. As General Sports Sales Lead, management of the team sports, fitness and bicycle departments were included in the supervision. The Front End Lead position, involved all initial customer service, oversight of and assistance to cashiers, organization of returned merchandise and loss prevention self audits. All Sales Lead positions require associate management, schedule coordination, merchandise presentation and completion of all cash office procedures (cashiers, safe counts and deposits).
