Manage 23 counties of Early Childhood Intervention(ECI) services in west Texas. We work with babies and children ages 0 to 36 months with disabilities and developmental delays in their natural environment. Coordinated counseling and assessment services on four college campuses. Supervised counselors and testing assistants. Implemented and maintained the TSI Assessment, and other assessment tools. Provided counseling and assistance to students on probation, Early Alert and in need of help with staying motivated in their classes. Provided training to staff and faculty on counseling and testing services. Prepared program reviews, service updates, and implement new data collection tools to secure future funding. Ensured the school is following American’s with Disabilities Act procedures by providing specialized accommodations to students with disabilities.

Provided counseling, time management skills, study and test taking skills, and any number of interventions to help students do well in their college courses and successfully graduate. Managed the Early Alert system on the Sweetwater campus by contacting students and working with them to increase their grades and successfully complete their class. Administered proctored tests, as needed.

Provided training and support in the Promedda software system, an online charting database. Audited charts to ensure successful state certification review, collected new applications for admissions, maintained office records, file room and other confidential information.

Helped managed a 40-plus film crew on a feature length film, Spring Eddy. Assisted in hiring actors and ensured that actors arrived on set and were prepared for the days film shoot. Prepared daily call sheets and sides, prepared the breakdown of the script, and assisted in all areas of film production to ensure a smooth day of filmmaking. Implemented a new volunteer database to streamline the Austin Film Festival volunteer program.

Managed a large art supply storefront business and online website. Hired and trained employees. Inventory management, including ordering, purchasing, acquiring new product inventory, and implementing new product lines with great success. Worked closely with the owners to maintain the mission of the business with excellent customer services and fast access to product. Organized a schedule of art classes with established art instructors.

Assisted in management of the daily operations of the production office for a feature film, including answering phones, creating sides, maintaining SAG and DGA contracts, ordering supplies and equipment, proofing production reports, faxing, copying, internet research, filing, and other general office duties.

Assisted the Producer and Line Producer in researching locations and music copyright, among other essential components of pre-production for a feature film. Assisted the Production Coordinator in filing, photocopying, making phone calls, and researching catering, wardrobe, locations and extras casting.
