Included in the space is a pharmacy, physical therapy, blood draw / laboratory, radiology, optometry, obgyn, pediatrics and general patient rooms as well as a high-end check-in/lobby, a conference room and general office space. The project cost around $10 million and took eight months to complete with early deadlines for the board of pharmacy inspection.

The project included exam rooms, stress rooms and an imaging room and was above a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.Sunrise Senior Living Bethesda + Sunrise Senior Living Chevy Chase Two assisted living facility renovations. Christie was responsible for cost management at the end of the project to bring both projects to a close for DAVIS.
