When I was young, I fell in love with the movie/book the babysitters club. I quickly created many new clubs, in which I asked friends to join me to make it work. I would run with the idea until it was time to stop playing and go inside the house at the end of the night. What I didn't realize was all of these clubs I was creating wasn't just a fun game in the backyard, it was a clear indication of someday what I would be doing. And to my surprise I would get to make a successful living out of doing this everyday, as well as a lot of fun! After graduating high school early, finished a degree in business with an emphasis in sales and marketing, and quickly (with my family) envisioned and founded a successful retail chain in the bay area in 2005. Since then that little single store has changed quite a bit: expanding to multiple locations through out the bay area, corporate offices, and over 65 employees turning the business into a multi-million dollar profitable mini empire.As the company continues to grow I have realized a few this about myself during this process. I like developing and envisioning things, creating a team of people, and seeing goals we have set become reality. I find enjoyment in taking organizations/departments/problems/ideas apart, and rebuilding/building them to make them successful. I strive in pressure, stressful situations and love a challenge!
