I am pursuing a new opportunity in the field of training development and delivery. I have been fortunate to work in a wide variety of industries, which has led to great skills in research, collaboration, flexibility, and identifying learning needs for the organization and bringing those to life. I am skilled at making even the most complex information accessible to everyone, creating a safe and positive culture where everyone understands and feels a part of your "story". In my previous role, I was a Senior Trainer at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC in Beloit, WI. In this role I revised New Hire Orientation to be welcoming and fully compliant with CFR regulations, including the development of NorthStar University, which helped focus every new employee on the mission of our company. I designed and executed our Train-the-Trainer program to be practical, engaging, and in line with our FDA-regulated training SOP. I worked cross-functionally with members of every department to improve presentations and public speaking skills. I trained our nuclear pharmacy customers to safely and compliantly operate our RadioGenix machine. I was a trained radiation worker, and worked closely with our Quality and RA teams to ensure regulatory compliance in all areas of our business. Prior to this position, I worked as a science educator developing advanced programs for my students, and effective professional development for colleagues. I was also a technology integration specialist with Tierney Brothers, creating and delivering content rich in a variety of technologies and effective pedagogies to enhance instruction throughout the country. I worked as a Customer Service Learning Delivery Consultant with W.W. Grainger, where I enjoyed the opportunity to engage with new hires and participate in ongoing training that not only centered on the engagement and continued development of their valuable team members, but created a customer service culture that enriched the experience of their business customers. I was the Training Coordinator for Madison-Kipp Corp, where I worked with key stakeholders in all areas of the business to analyze specific training needs, including development of materials and their facilitation through instructors and SMEs, and tracking the progress of our team members.I enjoy exploring new technology and resources in order to create the most interesting and effective training experiences.
