Current• Provide mentorship to all employees as well as train the Operations team all within a remote setting• Support collective leadership and knowledge sharing; propose new ideas; identify and develop business strategic goals; evaluate the effectiveness of processes and highlight areas for improvement as a whole• Continue to refine best practices that allow all team members to perform their best work in a remote or hybrid environment and encourages a culture of engagement, inclusion and teamwork• Directly handle employee experience programs (i.e team building events, holiday parties, etc)• First point of contact for HR questions and requests across multiple time zones; lead all processes related to HRIS, employee lifecycle, engagement surveys, people metrics, benefits administration, compensation and rewards as well as performance management via Gusto• Maintain the hiring/offboarding process and recruitment for the technical and administrative departments via an ATS• Manage bi-weekly payroll and continue to streamline the process in getting time and expenses from the PSA (ConnectWise) over to Gusto• Oversee bookkeeping in QuickBooks by reviewing AP, maintaining AR for 180+ clients, handling reporting and reconciliation of all bank accounts• Led the initiative to update and implement health benefits as some employees now live in different states so a nationwide healthcare plan was needed; Review and expand PTO policies• Identify opportunities to improve rewards programs, employee development programs, and any other policies to ensure they continue to drive performance as well as support the business strategy• Ensure company compliance is met on all federal and state levels
