I take a whole person approach to Sports and Occupational Injuries. Aiming to get people back to what they love as quickly but safely as possible. I treat with a hands on approach using Be Activated Therapy, a muscle activation process and philosophy that connects the neural pathways of the brain to the muscles and the breath. In order to survive the body will do whatever it can to keep us moving and breathing, but what if we can return it to it's optimal breath and movement patterns, not compensations that cause injury pain and discomfort.
