At LR, we offered a menu derived almost entirely from local farms and a bar menu consisting of liquor, wine and beer crafted by small businesses locally and globally. There, I obtained an extensive knowledge of the history and background of classic cocktails, craft beer and wine and prepared the bar by making syrups, juicing citrus, stocking and cleaning. I eventually received my Cicerone beer server certification.

Proudly represented one of the only major corporate chain restaurants with a full scratch kitchen where I gained an extensive knowledge of traditional Asian cuisine. In my progression from hostess to take-out specialist to server in a couple short years, I became well-versed in multitasking at high volume while keeping a great attitude with my guests and learned some essential personal skills and how to effectively work as a team.

As the receptionist and administrative assistant at a private airport, I was the first point of contact for those booking private jets and medical flights. In addition to keeping the office stocked and cleaned, answering phones and directing calls, I worked directly under the Director of finances, drafting her correspondences, running her errands, entering and consolidating data.
