Study-integrated working experience in the 4**** Stenden University Hotel in the position of the Duty Manager. Tasks include co-ordinating the execution and implementation of all manager activities, monitoring of departmental projects, giving feedback to operational processes to departmental manager and others. The Duty Manager works closely together with the F&B manager (replacing him/her is necessary) and all staff functions as well as the Personal Assistant of the General Manager. The Personal Assistant is the strategic assisting and the Duty Manager the operational hand of the General Manager.

Catering Employee at the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa, working at several games in the Nelson-Mandela-Bay Stadium Port Elizabeth in commercial suites and the VVIP (very very important persons) area.

Work experience within the school-integrated 4* Hotel and Restaurant in the position of Front Office Supervisor, Revenue Management Supervisor, Convention Service Management Supervisor and Restaurant Supervisor as being part of the International Hospitality Management studies.
The work was conducted every other week, alternating with academic work.
