Heading the Marketing and Direct Sales team of four, I am responsible for B2C & B2B marketing activities across the Nordic region and GTM strategy for launch markets. I am also a member of the management team in our matrix organization. Me and a colleague were given the opportunity to head the Digital & Marketing team in Europe consisting of 40 Marketing and eCommerce colleagues for an interim period of three months from March June 2021 where I successfully implemented a data driven digital initiative to weekly push destinations in Europe with low conversion rate to increase market share

As part of the Nordic Marketing team, I learned about a variety of aspects in marketing & communication, including media buy, event management, customer communication, marketing planning and budgeting. Awarded “ Guldnyckeln ” 2009 for a DM campaign.

As the Marketing Manager for Europe I coordinated all B2B marketing and communication activities with the teams across Europe and carried out top customer events on a regional level. I was responsible for media buy, copy writing, customer engagement activities such as online quizzes and enrolment activities for the online sales platform.

As part of the management team for the air freight section of Lufthansa in the Nordics, I was responsible for creating B2B communication towards trade forwarders, and conducted customer events while being responsible for the Marketing budget. I was also supervising the marketing intern who supported me in my tasks.
