People always benefit from collaborating with others – and so do organisations. That’s why I enjoy working with businesses, schools, and charities to build successful partnerships.I’m a creative and enthusiastic innovator and my energy comes from connecting people and ideas. I’m not your average consultant: my background in education blends with my client-facing experience and every project I work on adds more learning into the mix.Maybe you’re a school exploring partnerships with others. As Founder-Chair of the Schools Together Group and having established numerous successful school partnerships, I can help you write and implement a strategy for lasting, mutual relationships, including cross-sector, that will benefit your school and your local community. If you’re a company or charity working on an outreach initiative that needs an educational steer, my input can make sure it lands more successfully with teachers. I’ve experience of advising on many projects – from ed tech and global engineering to museum exhibitions and alumni engagement.Perhaps you want support for your middle (or science) leadership. As an experienced trainer and advisor, and building on my 22 years in the classroom, I’ve been able to help many transform their leadership and teams from surviving to inspiring. My professional learning at the moment is focused mainly on the disadvantage gap in education, gender balance in STEM, meaningful CSR and coaching. I am honoured to have been awarded Fellowships of both the Institute of Physics and the Chartered College of Teaching.Outside of work I’m an Academic Advisor to Young Scientists Journal, which I’m proud to have co-founded, I volunteer as a STEM Ambassador and am an advisor to Physics Partners. I serve as a Kent Ambassador, one of a group selected to champion our beautiful county. I sing semi-professionally, enjoy running and getting creative in the kitchen. My family keep me entertained and grounded!“Christina is a highly skilled communicator, experienced and inspirational project manager, creative and determined leader and passionate educator…a remarkable ability to innovate and create opportunities, inspiring confidence and sharing her expertise generously…able to draw on a wide network and wealth of experience.”Leo Winkley, Headteacher, Shrewsbury School“Christina has brought insight and experience to our school that has enabled strategic improvement, built a positive culture and effectively managed a transition process.”JW, Headteacher of a leading European international school
