Working as a FMS Program Analyst for the Republic of Korea (ROK) P-8A/P-3 FMS/International Programs IPT (PMA-290F) within the MPRA Program Office (PMA-290). I am responsible for providing and/or coordinating all aspects of FMS program management within the frame work of DoD/DoN policies and procedures regarding FMS procurement of aircraft weapon systems. I analyze and synthesize program requirements, life-cycle cost, program initiatives and planning, acquisition strategies, integration of functional activities and provide staff coordination and consultation to engineering, logistics, training, contracts, GFE/GFI, Production, QA, & BFM managers. I participate in preparing PID/PR packages including PPAs, APs, J&As, CDRLs, Statement of Work, and procurement/contract efforts. I track program data deliverables/CDRLs/GFI and serve as CM for program documents and correspondence and coordinate technical evaluations, program meetings, briefs, action item, and team calendar management. I ensure the ROK IPT has met training requirements for foreign travel to include completing and submitting Foreign Visit Requests and APACS entries.
