I am a Fourth year student pursuing a Bachelors in Business Administration degree in Marketing. After graduation, I plan to work in Advertising or Social Media. I have experience in working in the service industry at a local Italian Restaurant. I have worked with customers and practiced customer services skills, such as accommodating customers and their requests, taking food orders over the phone, and managing 200+ customers' experiences each shift. I have also managed the cash register, and compensated for unhappy customers in a polite and sincere manner. I also have experience running and coaching a elementary age kids volleyball camp in my community. I assigned groups, demonstrated drills and workouts, and showed strong leadership skills in making sure everything ran smoothly.
