Christina has 15 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, including financial services, alternative medicine, media and education. She specializes in strategic business planning for purpose-driven organizations. Christina’s expertise spans areas like strategic management, finance, team building, brand management, sales, customer service, operations, and regulatory compliance. Christina has worked with both startups and established organizations. She began her career at First Republic Bank, becoming one of the youngest directors at 25, managing nationwide teams and working with high-net-worth clients, including private equity and venture capital firms.After a year-long solo journey around the world in 2016, Christina followed her passion for plants as a natural alternative medicine and joined California’s burgeoning cannabis industry, where she helped build science-based, medically-focused brands. Christina now leads finance and operations at UC Berkeley’s Center for the Science of Psychedelics, contributing to the advancement of psychedelics-assisted therapy, research, and education.Christina is also dedicated to volunteering with organizations supporting people with disabilities, inspired by her sister, Brittany, who has Down syndrome. Christina holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class.
