Two Happy LLC's mission is to use Positive Psychology to help busy couples grow love over a lifetime. We use the large body of research and evidence-based interventions from Positive Psychology and Relationship Science to curate unforgettable adventures and outings that spark laughter, deepen connections, and create cherished memories. Too often, demanding careers and growing families edge out quality time with our chosen life partner, or tight bandwidth leads us to default to the same old date. Let us do the hard work so you can focus on what matters most: each other.

Teach “Perspectives in Well-Being” and “Applying Positive Psychology in Organizations” to a cohort of 55 students per year. Oversee coursework and meet with students outside of class to provide support.

Oversee customer research group, gathering qualitative insights from customers on new prototypes and existing services. Lead development of digital customer experience report with quantitative insights. Rewrote company goals & strategies to align with strategic future.

Built company-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program from the ground up. Traveled to speak with over half of employees in various settings to gather data. Developed strategy and measured outcomes for all aspects of employee life cycle: attract, select, develop, and retain. Created internal reports across a variety of factors, including race, age, gender, and others. Integrated appreciative inquiry methods from the top down to increase well-being companywide.

Responsible for Northeast US territory financial operations: Accounting, Financial Control, Accounts Receivable, and Billings.

Various regional manager roles during this span, Responsible for New Jersey Distribution Center, Packing & Assembly Expansion, Oversaw Marketing and Customer Information.

Entry-to mid level manager of various departments. oversaw operations/project management in Sales Center, Expansion, and Physical Distribution ranging from Supply to Sales.
