As a part of the Corporate Legal Group, I support Fidelity's private funds business, focusing on fund formation, transactional support for private equity investments and regulatory support for the investment teams managing and launching alternative investment products. Over the course of my tenure at Fidelity, I have been a contributor to the structuring and launch of both retail and institutional funds spanning multiple asset classes, including private equity and venture capital, real estate and infrastructure.Prior to joining Fidelity, I was a member of the Private Investment Funds practice at Goodwin Procter LLP where my practice focused on sponsor side fund formation and ongoing representation of venture capital and real estate funds. Professional interests include corporate governance, mission-aligned investing and strategic philanthropy. My experience outside of the law has included strategic advisory roles to founders at mission-oriented private companies, non-profit board service and environmental policy initiatives focused on climate and sustainability, with a particular interest in sustainable agriculture.
