-Building our Member-Driven, Agile culture by shifting mindsets and creating new capabilities that drive strategy execution.- Developing enterprise change management capabilities, structure, and operating model-Designed, developed, and implemented new strategy and culture framework whiletransitioning entire workforce to remote model during COVID. Ultimately developing new ways to connect our culture and people to strategy while focusing on reaching our strategic goals. - Partnering with innovation experts to build framework for 2 cross-functional pilots leveraging design-thinking, lean startup, and agile practices- Designing member-driven, agile culture strategy- Developing and delivering change leadership training
